Nokia to venture into Laptop production [Wednesday, August 26, 2009]
Cell Phone manufacturing multinational Nokia is all set to venture into Laptop production. Nokia will soon launch mini laptops weighing 1.25 kilogrammes and with battery life up to 12 hours. The Nokia laptops will come with a HDMI port, front facing camera, integrated bluetooth and card reader among the other common facilities. A growing number of people want the computing power of a PC with the full benefits of mobility.
”Nokia has a long and rich heritage in mobility and with the outstanding battery life, premium design and all day, always on connectivity, we will create something quite compelling,” said Nokia's Executive Vice President.
