US company Harley - Davidson announced on Thursday that it has plans to enter the Indian motor cycle market in 2010. The company that has established a subsidiary in Gurgaon is all set to seek dealers in select cities including all major metros. The President and Chief Operating Officer Matthew Levatich said that the growth of the country and the widening market offers the best environment to market the motor cycles. “As India continues to extend its global reach, so does Harley-Davidson. Given the rapid development of India’s economy and physical infrastructure, this is exactly the right time to bring the world’s greatest motorcycles to one of the world’s largest motorcycling nations.
