With the end of a year marked by financial turmoil, the industrial majors are all back in the filed and have formulated plans to hire at  a greater pace to off set the past year performance and low recruitments. All major IT companies in US are planning to go in for major recruitment drives from all over the world. A related study says that around 20 percent of the employers are planning to increase the total intake of full time workers compared to 14 percent last year. The study also reveals that there might be great leaps in financial and IT sectors. The study however also say that there will not be visible effects until the second quarter of the year. The salaries and bonuses are also expected to go up during the coming year.
