The Indian outsourcing firms like Wipro and Infosys have now steered up the hiring of people with an increasing number of projects that they are receiving from the US companies. Tata consultancy services, Wipro and Infosys has become the top hirers in the city  and they are all fully willing to offer big pay packages for getting the best labour for their projects.

“Our expectations are for flat to marginally stronger IT budgets with a greater share of offshore spend. Our customers remain focused on cost reduction.” , said Wipro Chairman Azim Premji. The increase in the number of projects are also expected to aid india to bounce back from the current high unemployment rates that featured as a part of the financial crisis. It should also be noted that the same increase has come with the unemployment rates in US remaining as high as ten percent. Thanks to the cost efficient management that the US companies are resorting to.
