The Chennai Metropolitian Development Authority has come up with a plan to publish the details of the approved lay out plans within CMDA . This would include the lay outs that are approved during January 2000 and September 2008. It would be available continously and will be constantly updated. This would help the buyers of the property check whether the property that they intend to buy are approved or not to ensure greater transparency. “The response of end-users is good as it speeds up matters considerably and it is a landmark in our pursuit of e-governance,”said Susan Mathew, Chairman of CMDA.
