Pon Radhakrishnan elected BJP State President [Wednesday, December 30, 2009]
Tamil Nadu BJP leader and former Union Minister Pon Radhakrishnan was elected as the president of party's state unit for three years. In his speech the newly elected president said that he would strive to strengthen the party and ensure the welfare of tamilians all over the world. “The party will continue to strive for welfare of Tamils all over the world and we will represent aspirations of the people of the State,” said he. He also said that he would work towards making the other political parties of the state understanding the importance of allying with BJP.
