The hearing of Nalini's case related to her premature release was posted to March 10 by the Division Bench of Madras High Court. Advocate General P S Raman who is appearing on behalf of the government said that the government did not receive the report of the prison advisory board that plead for her release. The court had ordered for an extended date for hearing the case undr the assumption that the governmnet would receive the report by then.
