The political biography of Stalin, Stalin: Mootha Pathirikaiyalar Paarvaiyil' aritten by veteran journalist Solai was released by Kollywod star Kamal Hasan at a function here in Chennai. Speaking at the function, the editor of 'The Hindu', N Ram said that Stalin served as the link between new and old generations of the Dravidian movement. He also said that accessability was the most important trait of Stalin. Dravidar Kazhagam president K Veeramani also addressed the gathering. “When he went through the ordeal of Emergency, languishing in jail, he did not think that one day he would achieve the present position. His commitment to the ideology was so firm, he never expected anything in return,”said Mr Veeramani about Stalin.
