England team to appoint Andy Flower as head cricket coach [Sunday, April 12, 2009]
The England team is all set to appoint former Zimbawe captain Andy Flower as their head cricket coach this week.Flower, who is the currently the interim coach of the team after Peter Moores stepped down last week, has been interviewed by a panel chaired by Hugh Morris, the managing director of the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB). Flower is likely to get a 250,000 pound contract if he is appointed by Wednesday.
